Nestled in Sheridan, this attractive condo for $134 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Giant spruce trees shade this cute bungalow. Park offstreet in front of garage & conveniently access the DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT thru the back door. Enter the shared mud/laundry rm, then your private locked entry door & DOWNSTAIRS into the kitchenette w/ the den around the corner. Lots of light from 3 large casement windows brighten the cozy LOWER-LEVEL space. Keep it simple w/ basics in the microwave, air fryer/toaster oven, or grill up in the fenced backyd w/ a local brew on screened back porch. This is such a cute house, upstairs and down. If you want more space, let me know and, depending on availability, we can possibly arrange a reservation for the whole home. If not, you'll have the DOWNSTAIRS LEVEL, filled with art, color, cozy furnishings, and thoughtful updates throughout. You'll have easy back door access to the home when you park right in front of the garage. The side gate will take you to the screened porch and up to the back door. If there is a separate reservation for the UPSTAIRS level, then the laundry room and back door with access to the screened porch, patio and backyard might be SHARED. Enjoy the lovely view of the fenced back yard and birdfeeders from the table or futon on the screened back porch or patio furniture, perfect spots for your morning coffee. If there is a separate reservation for the upstairs, then the laundry room and back door with access to the screened porch, patio and backyard might be shared. I love being a host. This cozy Craftsman bungalow is located in the quiet and historic Residence Hill neighborhood just a few blocks and a short walk from downtown Sheridan. It has the quiet low traffic pace of a cul-de-sac -- mostly only residents drive through the 4 block long neighborhood. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Folks park in their driveways, or on the street directly in front of their property. Please be courteous and mindful of the neighbors by parking in front of the garage in the alley without blocking the alley or directly in front of the cottage (or if you have reserved access to the whole house). Garbage pickup is in the large greenish/black bin in the alley EVERY THURSDAY. Recycling includes everything BUT plastic bags, styrofoam and glass EVERY OTHER Thursday from the smaller blue bins in the alley. Glass can be taken to the recycling center or left for me to pick up and recycle. Plastic bags can be bundled and taken to recycle at Walmart or Albertson's grocery store. Sprinklers will run either late at night or early in the morning during summer months. You will find the sidewalk shoveled in expectation of your arrival, and a shovel will be available for you to use if needed throughout your stay. Maximum number of guests is 6. Depending on total number of guests, travel crib or toddler cot may be made available at host's discretion. Please declare pets and pay pet fee. Do not allow pets on furniture. Use provided pet beds and only food and water bowls provided or your own. Please be courteous and thoughtful about excessive noise when upstairs guests may be present and quiet by 10 pm and until 8 am. Unless you have the entire house reserved, please use parking space in front of garage as primary space and be careful to not block the alley. Laundry room, back entrance, screened porch and patio/backyard may be accessed by upstairs guests if there is a separate reservation.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are beautifully decorated and every convenience is offered. The owner was fantastic and easy to work with. The stay was very comfortable. It slept all five of us nicely. There were enough plug ins for multiple chargers. You know how it is traveling with teens and kids! I will highly recommend this place for a long or short stay. I will definitely stay here again when I visit. Thanks for the great and easy stay!

We stayed in the basement section of the property. It was beautifully remodeled and cozy as could be. Screened porch space/seating and outdoor seating allowed for us to eat and visit with more than enough space. Our hostess was amazing and kind! A great example of fine western hospitality.

The property was so clean and comfortable! The property manager was attentive and so kind. We had everything we needed at this property, our favorite part was the screened in patio! What a wonderful property and neighborhood! We will definitely be back to stay again.

Absolutely would recommend staying here for a single person, couple, or small family - there is a good chance if our family returns to Sheridan we will try and stay here again! Property manager was very friendly and communicative, offering help and checking in on us. Great kitchenette setup, more than we expected. Location is walkable to Main St of Sheridan. Very grateful to have found this spot!
