I liked the price point for this motel and the location.
When I first arrived, I always like to check under the mattress. When I did it on the side of the bed facing the window, I was horrified at the crud under the mattress. It kind of turned me off from that point on. Also, the bed frame was metal with no box mattress, and the mattress was slumped down at the foot of the bed.

Room was spacious. Ample parking.
Parking lot concrete is broken up pretty bad. Curtains didn't fully cover the windows. Not sure on the value. Normally I'd say it was overpriced but for Durango who knows.

Location was good, room was big with appropriate items, beds, chair etc
The beds were extremely uncomfortable and there was a mild smell of smoke or something in the nonsmoking room
