Nestled under towering oak trees directly off FM 306 sits this one-of-a-kind hidden compound composed of 4 main dwellings. These homes may be rented separately or together. Great for family reunions, weddings, and corporate retreats. Multiple fire pits near the pool can be used by all guests on site. Pull up a chair, get the fire going and enjoy roasting some hot dogs or delicious smores. The inground pool is the ultimate relaxation after a long day. Take in the sunsets while enjoying a beverage and listening to the waterfall feature form the hot tub. And best of all you can bring your fur friends!! This luxury oasis combines natural beauty with practical accommodations. Only a short 10 minute drive to dining, shopping and the fun nightlife that New Braunfels has to offer. You'll find America’s Favorite Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Gruene Hall and Gruene Historic District, Wurstfest, Landa Park, Landa Park Golf Course and the Comal River tube chute. 10 minutes in the other direction you will find the famous “Horseshoe” on the Guadalupe River and Canyon Lake. Only 7 minutes to Whitewater Amphitheater. The only thing missing is you! • Rustic Elegant Log House “No Hurry” sleeps 14 • Folk Victorian House “Sweet Annie & Guesthouse” sleeps 10 • Modern Main House “Keep Me in Mind” sleeps 12 • House “Quiet Your Mind” sleeps 6 This listing includes the Modern Main House. Spacious master bedroom with a King Size bed and en suite private bathroom with jetted large tub and huge walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed with private half bath. 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and direct access to the full bath with walk in shower. 4th bedroom with a queen bed and access to the covered patio with outdoor fireplace. Comfortable living room with a sofa sleeper, Smart TV, and fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and all the comforts of home. Just off the kitchen is a private back patio that is fenced in. Outdoor fireplace, propane grill and seating. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must stay at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. This home has room for 3-4 vehicles no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had never traveled to New Braunsfels and really not being familiar with the area kinda set us back a bit. We arrived late evening and passed up the entry to the compound. It wasn’t lit at all and the address must have fallen down because we never found it. However, we saw a huge motor home and then happened to see the driveway to our location along with the coded gate. The compound was semi kept but truly fit out needs as far as space and bedrooms. There were several other cottages on site but none were rented so we had the grounds to ourselves. The pool and hot tub was something we were looking forward to but then found out by agent that they stopped that service. Nonetheless. The house was very clean, had all dishes we needed except for a blender. Everyone overall was happy with our stay. Gorgeous town was just a 12 minute drive.

It was perfectly centralized from the events we intended to attend yet nicely secluded for privacy. New Braunfels Escapes responsiveness was top notch, the property was clean, lodging was perfect for our girls getaway yet could have slept more. Too many great qualities to list ... just book it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the home for Labor Day weekend from Friday through Monday. The home was a GREAT size! The master bathroom was insanely awesome. The rooms were all well kept and a good size. The location of the rental was close to all the areas to visit such as Gruene, Schlitterbahn, Canyon Lake, the river. The dishwasher had a loose rubber piece and we were not able to use it since it would leak water. There were some toilet paper holders that were broken or on the floor, but we took pictures and sent. There was also a small hole behind a door, but we also took pictures of that. The community pool was perfect! Honestly, mostly used by our family even though the other homes were rented out. Yes, there are other homes around the property but all in good distance and no one bothered us. The place has two fridges which was perfect, great island bar kitchen. The whole home was perfect for a family getaway.
