Kohima is beautiful with limited hotel options. La colline has pretty rooms.
La colline for its price point and service is not worth it. We were there for 3 nights. We complained about loud fight by staff from 8-11pm on night one. Day 2 our rooms were not even cleaned. The staff is clueless. Food is inconsistent sometimes good and sometimes mediocre. Local cuisine recommended by the staff was the worst Naga food we had eaten. The staff tried to apologise with a letter and fruit basket - I appreciate it but it wasn’t a pleasant stay. Definitely not for work.
