We had a wonderful time at the house. It was beautiful and lots of room for entertaining. It was very clean, there were lots of pool toys which was nice. Overall we picked the right house for our family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great time. Plenty of room for 11 grown ups to sleep and hang out. Place was nice and clean with a perfect location. A couple things that could've been better are we had to go out and buy toilet paper, paper towels, and there was only 2 trash bags. I would've hoped that for what these places cost we wouldn't have to run out and get the basics that come with any hotel or resort we would've stayed at.

The house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Surprisingly, the directions for the hot tub were missing, but the management company sent a friendly, helpful employee over to teach us how to use the app. The amenities listed a high chair which was no where to be found. We tried calling the management company back for 2 days and no one answered and there was no voicemail. My sister emailed them too. No response. We ended up having to rent a high chair for my one year old niece. What a hassle. Additionally, we ran out of toilet paper, garbage bags and dish soap. Again, we had to make a special trip to purchase these items. My family paid close to 10k for this rental, I would expect the management company would pick up the phone.

Reviewer Comments: Our property manager, Jenn, was incredibly responsive to our many needs...even on Christmas Eve at 8pm when we locked ourselves out of the unit!!She helped in all ways make this holiday easy and happy, beginning to end, right down to delivering Santa packages that were mailed to her office.THANK YOU!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My 3 adult children’s families staying here, 6 adults, 3 teens, a toddler and baby and really enjoyed themselves. House is laid out and equipped nicely with plenty of room and amenities. Poll area and grill area were used a lot as were the bikes to go to the beach. See you next year.

Beautiful kitchen with all the amenities you could need. The pool was perfect for our group and well maintained. The only downside to the pool not being screened in were that the bugs were a bit annoying. They had bug spray at the house and we kept the outdoor fan on to help with as well. We can't wait to go back for another stay!
