This property was as advertised, tidy, convient and well decorated. However, it was owned by a corporation, Vacasa so all communication was over the phone/text. The check in process was not what I expected and the code to unlock the house was like 10-digits long--but I'm not-picking here. The real issue was the hot tub. I was charged an additional fee for the hot tub however, it did not work. I contacted Vacasa, sent a picture of the control panel and texted as the representative instructed me. I was told a local representative would be in touch with me. No one ever reached out. I have contacted Vacasa two more times and still, no response. In addition, the living room is tight for 3 people to hang out comfortably in.

Family of 5, with teens. We loved the close proximity to all of the trails and restaurants. We only got in the car once during the entire week and that was to do a little shopping at Pinnacles of Promenade Hills. The only suggestion would be to add another TV or 2, especially with teens. The house was super comfy and cozy. Wi-if was great! We LOVED the house and whole area and plan a return visit. The garage was great for storing the bikes safely inside. We felt super safe and welcomed.

Overall we were very pleased with the house and the communication with the property management. There was a repair required in order to use the hot tub but it was resolved during our stay.

Overall good distance from trails. House was nice. Yard needed mowing, and could have been cleaner. Upstairs was hot. Found spiders in upstairs bathroom, and bathtub was not clean. Kitchen was well stocked, and beds were comfortable!

This was so great for us. First time to Bentonville and we loved having the garage for our bikes! And the location was great, we were able to ride to so many trails from the house.

The grass was very overgrown and the listing indicated 3 full baths. Very little dishes in kitchen. A/C upstairs was not adequate.

The great stuff... property is very comfortable, clean and visually attractive. Fenced-in backyard is excellent for children on busy street. The proximity to downtown restaurants, coffee, trails, etc. is perfect. Lots of parking in driveway and garage. Beds comfortable and linens and towels great quality. The less great... check-in and check-out times are not very generous compared to other properties. When on vacation you don't want to deal with rushing out after taking care of the requested tasks of stripping bedding, loading dishwasher and starting a load of towels in the laundry. 11am is a better check-out time for vacationers. And, I would be wary of the advertised "towels and bedding washed in water at least 140deg" when the guests are asked to do the laundry. Otherwise, excellent property!

The house was great. Location was excellent. Needs more comfortable furniture, up to date beds. Very hard to get out of because they were too low on the floor. Back yard was great. Grass needed mowing, leaves piled up next to gate, tree limbs down and general clean up.

This property was perfect as a home base for our 21(+)-year old kids, my husband, and I. The location for this rental has easy access to ride the bike trails and to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Our kids were able to check out the bar scene, without needing a vehicle, while my husband and I crashed early! The home itself is very nicely appointed and can we just take a minute to talk about the towels? AMAZING! Super thick and luxurious AND they were huge bath sheets. Silly maybe but the towels were an unexpected and delicious surprise. Everything was spotless and well organized. The homeowners obviously put a lot of energy into making sure guests have everything they need to be comfortable away from home. While we didn't do any cooking on this trip, the kitchen is small but efficient. If you are planning any major culinary adventures during your stay, you may need to supplement the cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc. There is a Keurig with both pot & by-the-cup options, as well as a one-cup Keurig in the master bedroom. A small number of coffee pods are stocked in the kitchen, but we brought our own favorite brand. We spent the majority of our trip trail riding, touring Crystal Bridges, and sampling the wide-array of dining options available. If you're looking for a comfortable hub to enjoy everything Bentonville has to offer, this is the spot!

This home was absolutely PERFECT! Enjoyed it all so much!! We are going to plan another trip very soon and we can’t wait to stay at this beautiful house!! Everything about it was just so nice for our family!! It made our weekend soooooooooooooooo nice !! Thank you for letting us enjoy your fabulous home ! We never left once there because we wanted to enjoy the home and we totally did!! Wish had of had a week to enjoy longer!!!!

My husband and I took our six grandchildren for a long weekend in Bentonville to visit a special exhibit at Crystal Bridges. Probably our favorite part of our weekend was the lovely home where we stayed. When we would leave our littlest granddaughter would say, “Let’s go back to our new home!” Our VRBO made our trip perfect
