Everything was beautiful and we loved it. Kids were having fun and it was beautiful place to spend your time at ninh Binh. Staff was very nice and polite. Highly recommended.

A gorgeous hotel with stunning views and a refreshing, fun pool.
The staff are lovely and attentive, and the massage was excellent.
Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, and the restaurant serves delicious dishes, though it is not cheap.
Overall a beautiful stay with a lovely team, just worth planning around the location and the small quirks above.
The location is a bit remote and tricky to reach, with a rough road getting there.
Hot water runs out fairly quickly and needs time to reheat.
Also worth noting, the balcony lights automatically shut off at 11pm
