About this house rental
This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, camping, fishing, within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets, but there is a small nightly fee. Please let us know if you bring a pet.

Amazing property!! The town is tiny, but has so much character. Loved the convenience store!! Amazing breakfast and lunch options. Our host was great with communication and quick to respond!

Great place to stay!!!! Quiet, clean and comfortable. Although food options in Joseph is very limited, having Richfield 10 minutes away easily eliminates that obstacle.

The place is very clean. No complaints about that. I was disappointed that there was no TV in the bedroom and it’s right next to the freeway. I slept on the couch because the bedroom was too noisy from the semi truck all night on the freeway.
