Great value and facilities. Good location. Helpful staff.

There were a few areas that weren't very clean. A pile of fluff in the shower and a cigarette butt by the waste bin. No smell of smoke in the apartment though and mostly very clean.

It was very spacious and had a well equipped kitchen.

I would have given a rating of 10 if not for the mattresses on the beds being so hard. The property is difficult to find if you are looking for Gvai Apartments. check with the property first and get the exact name so that the taxi driver isn’t confused.

The location was very central, the property was well managed and clean. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. All living requirements were met. It was value for money.
