Unhappy with extra coste not advertised !

I did not go to this property and lost 3K pesos, you people should advise that a 5K security was needed and that swimming in the pool and wave ppool was an extra cost, I was most dissapointed that I had to cancell and lost 3K, can you answer these problems to me ? I have often used your services but they were lacking in this instance and I am most unhappy as I was looking forward to a Sratcation at Azure, regards eric coyle

This is the most disapointing stay i ever encounter in my life! I will not recommend this place to my clients and frien

I like the view outside.

First time i try to book here because of the ambiance of the property but what i don't like is how the property communicate to the guest. As my experience when i make the booking is so easy.. but after i confirm the booking my stress starts! There are hidden charges and property say they will refund it in 14 days after u clear and give all the requirements for check out . I check in here July 5-9 but until now sept. 4 already they haven't refunded me with the security deposit that they ask ! Im tired of sending emails to the property and the costumer service also i don't know how they work but cannot help me. Im so disappointed with this property! Really regret to book here and i will not recommend this to any one specially when u are outside of the country and book this place!

the property is nice and clean.

It's really hard to get in touch with the person looking after this propery. there's no Philippine contact number. they are based somewhere outside the country. so, if you need something it will take them 24 hrs or less to get back to you. they have asked for security deposit which is refudable, it cost me about 3,100 pesos and until now I haven't recieve my money back and it has been two weeks since my stay with them and haven't heard anything from them since then. if you are looking somewhere to stay and relax with you family then, definitely not here.

Be careful when booking through this property owner!

What we went for - the pool

Coordination with the agent is very poor. Had to pay for security deposit online and will need to wait for a month for it to be returned. Had to go back and forth between the agent and booking.com because of different answers. The rooms we booked for were not given to us. Person checking us in told us that that the room we got is not the same rate that we paid for but agent i was speaking with through whatsapp said that their personnel got it wrong. Bathroom in poor condition, bidet is the worst! I wasnt able to take a photo but it was covered with black molds. Small cockroaches inside. Heater is not working. Couch is dirty and worn out. You cant sit properly as you can feel the hard wood. Was told that the room is enough for a family of 7 adults with 2 small children but not! Note that we paid an additional 800 for the small child . We had to fit 2 adults and 2 children on one bed. Paid 1k to use the kitchen but fridge is not working and smells really bad. Check the pictures and see the difference between "deluxe suite" (top photos) that we booked for vs the room we got (bottom photos)
