The apartment is easily accessed with a code that was sent to us by the owner. Underground parking is also very useful and safe. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we could want. The rooms are located over three floors but this was not an issue for us. The apartment has a nice Nashville vibe with its decor and accessories such as the old record player and guitar hanging on the wall.
The area is safe and a short walk away from Centennial Park. I was able to take a run in the mornings and thought it was a very central and pleasant area to be located.

The location was great. Not far from the Parthenon and many restaurants and stores close by. Quiet neighborhood.
Only complaint was construction next door at 7:00 am but the property manager has no control over that.

The place was clean and spacious. Enough towels, beddings and kitchen was full equipped. TV in all rooms was a plus. Also very secured area near everything!
I did not like the stairs! It is a 3 story condo so you need to have good knees.
