Esperienza unica… bellezza della struttura, per visitare i paesini del Chianti

La posizione… silenzio e pace! La piscina meravigliosa, la pulizia del mio appartamento e di tutta la struttura… l’accoglienza, la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Rachel che ti accoglie con un sorriso ed é pronta a rispondere a tutte le domande! Ci ritornerò !

Uncomfortable stay, left earlier

Nice location on a mountain road. Good place to discover the Chianti region. Normally i hope also quiet with a swimming pool. In the end we both had some bad luck I think, but our stay was not comfortable at all (family of two adults and a two year old). The owners came with a solution so we could leave earlier. The contact person Rachel is very nice and did her best

The appartmant was not clean at all. The contact person had to redo it in the end. She used a vacuum cleaner that made a lot of noise. We did not hear that noise again during our stay... Swimming pool was green for 3/4 of our stay. Not clean and hygenic. In the end it was improved but we did not use it for most of the time. Kids area is outdated, dirty and rusty. Not safe and comfortable to play. It eas very hot and the appartment has no airco. So we had to leave the window open. But the yard of the neighbours was ext to our window. We had bad luck that we had people that smoked and stayed up very late. So a lot of noise and smell nuisance. There was this very loud group that also was there during our stay. They brought a big boombox and used it during the day and also during the night a couple of times. The owners are not on site so no one is there to handle with poeple that are not following the rules regarding silence etc. There are pictures of pizza baking on site on booking. This is not possible and is not there. In the end we expected a nice and comfartable stay in a quiet location with several options for our family to relax. It was not and we left earlier

Bel endroit mais manque de confort !

L'endroit était sympa, idéal pour un dépassement total ! Et l'hôtesse Rachel a été gentille et très souple.

La connexion wifi fonctionne très mal. Le logement est rudimentaire avec peu d'équipements. Les lits ne sont vraiment pas confortables (dans le sejour un vieux futon, mal de dos assuré). Absence de climatisation dans notre logement alors que les voisins d'à côté avait la clim, cela est déplorable surtout sous 40 degrés. La fenêtre au plafond sans système de volet laissait entrer la lumière donc pas top et réveil très tôt ! Je déplore l'absence d'une bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée..

Bella struttura, ben arredata, allestita molto bene per un periodo di relax totale, con tante attrezzature per la vita all'aperto, giochi bimbi, piscina.

Un po' difficile da raggiungere. le indicazioni fornite da Booking non segnalano la struttura prenotata, ma un altro posto. Il viaggio è durato almeno un'ora e mezza in più

L'endroit était sympa, idéal pour un dépassement total ! Et l'hôtesse Rachel a été gentille et très souple.

La connexion wifi fonctionne très mal. Le logement est rudimentaire avec peu d'équipements. Les lits ne sont vraiment pas confortables (dans le sejour un vieux futon, mal de dos assuré). Absence de climatisation dans notre logement alors que les voisins d'à côté avait la clim, cela est déplorable surtout sous 40 degrés.
