The 12 ft ceilings and 8 foot tall windows allow for a light and airy feel. Located steps away from everything in downtown Bay City, you can simply park your car for the weekend and walk to everything. Guest Access: You will have access to your own 2 bedroom apartment. The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of downtown, you are steps away from shops, eateries, and a conference center. The area is known for being safe and easily walkable. Wenonah Park and Bay City's river walk is less than a block away where many Downtown events take place, including seasonal and major concerts, Riverside Art Festival, Great Lakes Bay Pride Festival, Bay City Fireworks Festival and so much more. We're also near the Bay City Downtown "Feet On The Street" block closures in the summertime, where there is extra seating, free wellness classes, shopping, music and more. Getting Around: Park your car and enjoy your river walk from Downtown to Uptown. Many historic neighborhoods East of Downtown provide walking tour. Other Things to Note: We provide passes for on-street parking or in city lots nearby. We do not allow dogs, and Michigan law prohibits the smoking of any substance (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and e-cigarettes/vaping) in short term rentals used by the public. A $200 additional cleaning fee will be added to your stay. There are security cameras located at the front door and in the hallway of the building. Interaction with Guests: Self check in allows for guests to check in any time after 4 PM

Great location for an overnight stay. Great communication and we loved the place. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommended. Also, there are multiple units on VRBO in the building if you need more than one rental for other family members.

Excepting the 22 stairs, the unit was almost perfect. We planned on cooking in though I don't know why with all the wonderful restaurants around! That can be costly since we were there for a week. A few more kitchen items would be called for. The unit itself was just awesome with comfy furniture and beds. We will be back!

Nice historic old building with pretty renovation, but....... absolutely no sound insulation and right above the rowdiest bar in town. How good is your vacation if you get no rest? The place was loud as hell.

Property was as advertised. Clean, attractive, loft-style apartment. Comfortable bed, and all the items I needed. Located within walking distance of the park, river, eating, night life.

Everything about this whole experience was amazing. Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is gorgeous. Host provided coffee, water and soft drinks. Perfect location. We are first time VRBO users and were nervous but Donald made sure all our questions were answered right away. Looking forward to our next stay.
