Decoration, the apartment itself is beautiful and very cozy. That the building had a small elevator my mom could use without having to take the stairs. The sheets were really clean and smelled really nice. That they left us grounded coffee and tea to drink plus 4 bottle beers as courtesy.
I personally love the low lights, however, I think it's important that the kitchen has a little bit more light. I had to use the phone flashlight to see. The lack of outlets is something you don't see in the pictures, the main bedroom has them but the other one it was very uncomfortable every time I had to look for the under the bed to connect my phone. There's one in the living room under a side table and one in the kitchen; so there's only a handful of available outlets. The last and the thing that concerned me, is that the property manager takes too long to respond. In case of emergencies, god forbid; you'll be on your own. I had to reach out twice, nothing urgent but some inquiries and, first took 2 days to reply and the last one; didn't even respond. I checked out yesterday and still no response to my particular question (which doesn't matter if I get one at this point).

Extremely good location for areas in Roma
Norte and Condesa. The apartment was large and offered all the amenities we needed.
The only issue was the noise at night. Construction and car horns were fairly easy to hear throughout the night, but I wouldn't give it up for the location, just bring some earplugs.
