Stay at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac located in Hither Hills; walking distance to downtown Montauk and our private beach. Inside you will find a completely renovated house full of big open spaces to relax with friends and family. Our house sleeps 8 comfortably. The house has 2 desks with duel work monitors, printer & conveniently locate close to several attractions. Montauk Downs is rated consistently as top 10 public course. Number of guest must be agreed to in advance. Violations are extra The space Open floor plan on 2nd floor offers a good size bedroom with twin beds , an open area kitchen and living area and full shower. Walk out to a large and spacious deck, with a top of the the line grill, mahogany table that seats 10+ and a reading area. The 1st floor offers an office and two screens, a queen size pull out bed couch slider out to rear deck. You will also find 2 other bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a queen bed. There is also washer/dry and additional full refrigerator to make sure everything stays cold (or frosty). Walk out from to bedrooms to the deck, enclosed backyard, fire pit or walk out to large outdoor shower. The house is equipped with Sonos speakers and 3g/5g wifi. Guest access Entire property with exception of attached shed. Number of guest must be disclosed and approved in advance of stay. Additional guests will incur $150.00 per night per guest fee. No more than 3 cars and 8 people allowed for the standard post fee. Other things to note: Please be mindful that there is a separate lease for 30 day plus in addition to VBRO on-line agreements that must be signed accompanied by government ID's to confirm the rental.
