We loved the lake front location and the beautiful scenery. It was very close to our family we were visiting for Christmas. The downstairs was perfect for our 20 year old son to have his own living room, bedroom and bathroom.

We were in town for a wedding. The open spaces of kitchen, dining & living were awesome. Also, plenty of bathrooms & mirrors for all to get ready. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the Jake like we had hoped, too busy. But we're already think next year'svvaca spot.

The house was lovely. The dock was nice for fishing and sitting. The kids loved swimming and the kayaks. The beds were mostly comfy, and the kitchen had nearly everything we needed too. We seldom left the house to venture out, it was just to beautiful! I highly recommend this location, lake, and home owner.

Clean house with lots of room. Overall it was a good experience and very good for the price. Close to golf and right on lake Avalon. Dock needs some help.. small and no ladder and an upgrade would be nice. 4 rooms and 3 full baths.. 1 bedroom is set up for kids with bunk beds and mattresses are not good.

This was the perfect house on the lake with 4 young children! Had everything we needed and really appreciated the kids room stocked with toys and baby items! Plenty of room for 3 families. A short drive to everything. Would stay again!

As others mentioned it wasn't much to look at from the outside but that really didn't matter to us. The inside of the property was very clean and we had only one small issue with a bed not made but it was quickly remedied. Overall it as pleasant stay. The fourth bedroom with the bunk set up is probably not good if you're a full grown man but would work great for kids. We drew cards for who got that bed. Thankfully it wasn't me. :) Beautiful home on the inside. Thank you.

Place is ok, nice lake view, good location to most of Bella Vista. No television reception for programing like sports, news, weather, etc. is not cool. The smart tv apps don't really work well. Curb appeal is lacking and front of house exterior was a mess. Sorry but honest.

The house was beautiful and immaculately clean! I brought a group of teens on a youth trip and we had an awesome time here, taking the kayaks out. We could not be happier!

Had an awesome time here, accommodated 6 adults nicely (4 bedrooms with 3 full baths). Very clean and communication with the host was easy and quick responses. I would definitely recommend this property.

The house is perfect for a big family and situated right on a beautiful lake. Sadly, the weather did not cooperate with us, so we didn’t get to enjoy the water, but the view was still nice. We had an unfortunate turn of events and had to contact the owners late one night. They were quick to respond and were nothing but kind and helpful. We will definitely stay again!!
