Situated in Bella Vista, this lovely house for $360 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our Happy Place Great for friends, families, bikers or golfers! Sleeps up to 6 people in beds plus a sleeper sofa. Spectacular lake front home with pristine views of Arkansas's natural limestone bluffs. Lake Ann is the perfect lake for relaxing. Small enough to feel safe but large enough to enjoy water sports. You will enjoy two spacious living areas, both with floor to ceiling views of the lake in this two-story 3400 sq ft home. The upstairs living area provides a relaxing open floor plan to visit with friends and family while cooking, dining, watching the 65" LED smart tv or just sitting on the balcony taking in the beauty. Both large upstairs bedrooms have a king sized bed with additional seating. The master bedroom has a private balcony and bath. Downstairs has a living area, bunk room that sleeps 6, pull out queen sectional, bedroom with a king bed and twin/double bunk bed, full bath and a partial kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator. Enjoy the pool table and dartboard while watching the 75" LED Smart TV, watching movies from a library of over 100 on the blu-ray dvd player, play games/puzzles on the game table or relax on the electric sofa while taking in the fun! Available for use: 4 kayaks, paddleboard, fishing chair, bikes, lifejackets, playpen. Activities close by include Bella Vista golf courses, fishing, boating, swimming, tennis/pickleball and an 18 hole disc golf course. You can road bike all the way to Fayetteville on the Razorback Greenway or mountain bike over 100 miles of Land of Oz trails, starting with the Back 40 trailhead just yards from this home! Nearby are well known attractions like the world famous Crystal Bridges Art Museum, Amazeum, Bentonville Square that hosts a splash park in the summer and ice skating rink in the winter, the Walmart AMP, Top Golf, Eureka Springs, Branson's shopping and entertainment like the Sight & Sound Theater; Silver Dollar City amusement park, Table Rock and Beaver lakes, Mildred B Cooper Memorial Chapel and Pea Ridge Civil War battlefield.

We had a wedding party of 12. Age 10 to 65. The entire house hasca layout that really accommodates everyone. Multiple solo areas. Drinking coffee andb ooking out at that view was so calming. We loved it. The host are precious. Kind. Thoughfulness in the details of the home as well.

Nice property that is fully loaded with everything you need. Good for groups but is very close to next door neighbors. So, if you have conversations on the patio be understanding that it could cause the neighbors to complain if you talk to loud. Great view of the lake and very comfortable.

Great family get together. Good memories made. The owners have everything you need for a lake visits including beach towels and fishing gear. Plenty of lake toys. House was very roomy and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the lake few was amazing. Would definitely recommend and will probably be back.

I got together at this property with a bunch of friends for my 30th. We planned to float the Elk River but the water was too low. Luckily for us, this property had everything we needed to keep up entertained throughout the trip. Gorgeous views. Anything you could want on the private dock. Spacious rooms. Full kitchen with appliances. And lots of room to sit around and visit with one another. 10/10

Our family of 15 enjoyed the stay in the Lake Ann house so much they all want to do it again. We found everything very clean and well organized. People kept saying wow the owners have thought of everything. They were right everything we need for day to day living, entertainment and fun were right at our fingertips. The parking space in the garage and driveway was so generous and accommodated our 6 vehicles just fine.
The view and setting on the lake was breathtaking. The rock steps going down to the lake were challenging for the senior members but the sturdy hand rails really helped.

The property was clean and well-prepped to host a large group. The lake access was wonderful, and the owners provide many inflatables, kayaks, and other fun water activities. The house is within walking distance from a family-owned property, so it was a perfect place to house overflow when a bunch of us are in town. The owners were very helpful and communicative. We loved our stay here, and cannot wait to book again!

The setting of Our Happy Place and the inviting nature of the home were exactly what I needed on our little vacation getaway. The views were rest for my soul. The managers were prompt with their time and attention. And the two stone fireplaces were an absolute bonus. I would not hesitate to book a repeat visit

My family and I loved our stay over the Christmas holiday. This home was warm, inviting, and perfect for families. The views of Lake Anne are stunning. There are many pluses regarding this property. The seating areas were comfortable and the fireplaces (yes, there are two) were especially nice. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The fire pit near the lake was a favorite spot, too. We loved this house so much, we hope to stay again during the summer to take advantage of the water activities. Lastly, I cannot say enough about the perfect host, Jackie. She was kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. You can’t ask for a better experience. Thank you, Jackie.

We are a group of 7 girlfriends who spend a long weekend together every fall. This is the first year to stay in Bella Vista and this was the PERFECT house for us. Tons of room, open space, overlooking the water. Close enough to things to do yet tucked away in nature. Highly recommend this property!!

Six 50+ year old boys came for a week of mountain biking. The neighborhood was quiet, the back porch and living room were great for hanging out. The house accommodated us quite well. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Two of us jumped in the lake several times. The arrival and exit was refreshingly easy. Jackie was easy to communicate with and she answered my questions with in-depth detail.

Great place to have a group of guys up for a weekend. Plenty of golf around and the view from the backyard is absolutely incredible. Not the place if you were looking to party hard, but overall a wonderful place. Communication was super easy with the owners.

The place was somewhat dated but still nice. It has a great layout with lots of beds and places to hangout. It has direct access to Lake Anne (a small lake).

This place is absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10 on stocked amenities. They have everything listed and so much more. They have tried to think of every small detail to ensure a flawless and relaxing vacation. The house is super clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The downstairs is so cozy to have everyone down for a movie night or the guys loved playing pool. We rented a boat on the larger lake and the kiddos loved it. We also took full advantage of all the water toys that were available at the house. We would vacation there in a heartbeat as well as refer anyone looking for an amazing vacation spot.

The property is not secluded. It is a lake side neighborhood but the amenities make up for it. My wife liked it better with neighbors anyway!
