Located in McCall, this lovely cabin for $326 per night is a great option for your next trip. This cabin has great year-round access and is located on the west side of McCall, just a few minutes walk to Shore Lodge and Rotary beach. It is close to the lake, trails, parks, great views and restaurants.  This brand new cabin is clean and comfortable and you'll love having access to the game room as well as your own private hot tub in the back yard and an outdoor fire pit, especially on a starry summer night. The location, the views, and the ambiance are just icing on the cake. With the quiet surroundings and proximity to all McCall offers (shops, Little Ski Hill, Brundage Ski Resort and Bear Basin Connector Path, etc.), you'll love your stay! We look forward to having you as our guests! *This is not a pet friendly property The entire home is available for your use except a locked owner/cleaning closets. All access is digital. You will be sent a custom code for your stay. We are available anytime and are happy to interact with you as little or as much as you like. Reach out anytime! Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, just on the outskirts of McCall, you'll find Carmel Falls. Convenient to all of the outdoor fun McCall has to offer. North or South, you’re just minutes from Payette Lake and Payette River put-ins and downtown McCall. You’ll find fine dining at Shore Lodge or the more casual venues of Pueblo Lindo, Blue Moose Pizza and the Alpine Pantry less than 5 minutes from the front door. A short distance down the road and you’re at the trailhead to the Bear Basin, Nordic center system and just 11 miles further to the Brundage Mtn. ski lifts. Also note the Ponderosa State Park Nordic and Snowshoe trails are just minutes away. Spacious yet perfect for an intimate gathering of family and friends in the great room, this 3 bedroom cabin comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.  Lounge in the comfort of the great room and enjoy the ambiance of the warm propane stove. This home has ductless heating in various zones to take off that extra chill during winter months. Ceiling fans and ductless cooling keep things comfortable while you’re out playing all day during the summer. Wi-Fi throughout the cabin keeps you connected and smart TV in the living room. Table dining for 8, breakfast table for 4 and counter seating for several more keep the cook involved in the fun!  Dining area and access to the large deck and back yard with gas grill and hot tub. Sorry, this is not one of our pet friendly cabins. Parking is located in the garage, and in the driveway. Please do not park on the street overnight or block the street so that neighbors and emergency vehicles are unable to pass safely at any point in time. Thank you for considering us for your vacation! Please take a moment to review our policies: Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee. Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed. Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized. Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately. Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking. Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture. Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities. Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage. Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads. Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee. Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill." Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues. Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers. Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you! Cabin is located in wonderful location... central to all activities in McCall! Property is super nice! 3 levels- great kitchen/living room area!!! Recommend!

We organized a weekend out of town to celebrate our friends birthday. This house let 10 adults sleep very comfortably, had an amazing kitchen for us to cook in, and was very close to brundage and downtown. The internet was a little annoying, but otherwise everyone had an amazing time. We will certainly love to come back.
