Situated in Sunnyside, this attractive house for $274 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Sunny Pines Paradise in Panama City Beach is a true family retreat with heated private pool and grill area. Teachers, First Responders & Active Duty Military Personnel Discounts! We are happy to provide those who provide so much to our families a much needed discount off our vacation rental rates. The responsible renter (person booking the home) must provide his/her qualifying photo I.D. at the time of reservation to obtain this discount. (Holidays are excluded & this discount cannot be combined with any other discount). PRIVATE HEATED POOL TWO DOGs CONSIDERED. Two pets max weighing a maximum of 25 pounds Newly built in 2020, this fabulous beach house located on the quieter West end of Panama City Beach, Florida has everything you could possibly want! Entering the front door you are greeted with spacious and open living, dining and kitchen areas. The French doors lead out to the back porch and fabulous pool (pool heat in cooler weather is optional- $45 per day) with space and seating for the whole family. In the living area the large comfortable furnishings provide seating for everyone to enjoy the TV after a fun day on the beach. The table and bar provide seating for all. Four spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 in beds (no having to open and close a sleeper). The master features a relaxing King bed, Smart TV, view of the pool and private bath with shower. There are two guest bedrooms also on the main floor, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom with a King and an additional bath are located on the second floor. All this and the perfect location as you are just a short walk from several Public Beach Accesses. Shopping at Pier Park is only a short 5 miles East and the shoppes and restaurants of 30A are only a few miles West. Camp Helen State Park which offers kayaking and dune lake fishing is nearby. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for guests' use. Swimming Pool heat is available for an additional charge of $45 per day. Pool heat must be active for entire reservation. Bayou Bills Seafood Restaurant and the Reef Bar at Beachside Resort for that relaxing cocktail as you watch the amazing sunsets are nearby. Winn Dixie, Publix (grocery delivery available), and CVS are just a few blocks down Front Beach Road for any items you might need. You must be 21 years of age or older. All renters 21-24 are required to have two primary (responsible) tenants. Responsible renter(s) must be an occupant. All renters under 25 are required to pay an additional $1,000.00 cash deposit due prior to check-in. Any violator will be evicted without refund. All rentals are required to sign our short-term vacation rental contract that will be sent to you for electronic signature to confirm your booking. We also require names and ages of all guests with copies of photo IDs for all guests over 17 years of age. *NO SMOKING of any type permitted on this property. Parking is available in the garage and driveway. This property allows up to two small (under 25 pounds) dogs per booking with payment of $100 non refundable pet fee for each pet and Pet Addendum signed by responsible renter. Please notify property manager if bringing a pet. *Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival This property does not allow charcoal grills or fire pits., but a gas grill is provided for guest use. Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions. Any reservation that exceeds 30 days will require an added renewal of the Accidental Waiver fee for every 30 days cycle of a reservation. Example: a 45 days reservation will require the waiver to be renewed for a second charge of $69.95)

Everything was perfect! My family and I love everything about this property. It was very clean, perfect distance from the beach(2 blocks) and comfortable for everyone.

This was a great property to stay at. Clean, comfortable beds and close to public beach access. Only suggestions would be to invest in some games for families and some beach chairs etc. Pool would be great foe summer stay but was very cold foe September stay. Other than that, a great property and would highly recommend for future stays!

Trash on the property , the whole time from previous tenants both in back yard and front yard. Wrong code given for gold cart, paid for a full visit and didn’t use for one day. Property management needs a course in customer service. For the money, not impressed. House was fine, cheaper made from thin walls to flooring but for the $$ - unimpressed. Poor is more the size of a sauna.

The house was very neat and clean. The walk to the beach took about ten minutes , and the pool at the house was nice for an evening swim. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return!

We brought our 3 kids and pet here for a week over spring break. This is our 7th year in PCB for spring break and 2nd at this property. Wonderful home that is close enough to tourist areas without having to push your way thru tourists. Check in was a breeze and the heated pool was as relaxing after being in the ocean all day. Pet friendly is appreciated and everything is well maintained. If you’re needing some room and want a more authentic PCB experience this is the place to go.

My friends and I rented the house mainly because it had a private pool. When we arrived on Thursday we immediately noticed something was wrong with the pool. The water looked dirty, there was algae on the sides and on the steps and the pool pump wasn't working. Called the management company and they sent someone out the next day. He worked on it and said it should be ready to use the next day. That's 2 days of our 5 day vacation without the pool at that point. The next day pool still isn't working and the algae was back. The entire 5 days of vacation the pool was unusable. The house itself is beautiful and the location was great but we were extremely disappointed with the pool situation. If we would have known the pool was not working we would have rented another house.

We LOOOOVED this property!! Everyone had plenty of space to spread out; beds were WONDERFUL with luxurious linens; plenty of towels; full size washer and dryer; garage so big we could fully park our Suburban in it!! Fully fenced-in backyard surrounds the perfectly-sized backyard pool (which we lazed in everyday after a morning at the beach!). We also rented the golf cart during our stay-highly recommend if you plan on hitting the beach everyday or have lots of people in your party!
We are STILL talking about our trip, and how THIS HOUSE was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for our needs!! Thank you, thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay! Our family included both young adults and senior age so this house helped with the various abilities and interests! The first floor bedrooms were great and the beach access didn’t have steps. That was helpful! The walk was short and simple. The pool was refreshing! The beach was not crowded and low key! I recommend this property. They were responsive when we had questions. Thanks!

The pool was extremely dirty . They did come the next day to clean after I had to call about it .
But it never did get completely clear on the water .

Had a wonderful week long stay. We rented the golf cart and would highly recommend this if you're planning to be at the beach often, especially with kids- the walk is doable but a little long if you're lugging towels, chairs, etc. The house is clean, lots of space, very comfortable. The only improvement would be if the pool heater could be utilized as it was too chilly to enjoy and would have been used a lot if a little warmer. Overall, a great property and stay.

Property was clean, updated and comfortable. Check-in process was very simple. Definitely bring your own bath towels, trash bags, paper towels, spices, etc. basically the same things you would have to bring if you were booking a condo hotel property. We enjoyed our stay, and will be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at inlet beach heights! The home was clean, decorated well, and the pool was a huge bonus! We enjoyed playing games on the grass area and swimming in the pool! When we were ready to hit the beach it was an easy golf cart ride and walk! Everything was clean, and comfortable. If you’re looking to rent a house perfect for family and friends, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants look no further!

I think our only wish is that there might be some more towels--aside from that it had everything we wanted. Appliances were great, beds were comfortable and living area was nice. We had no idea how much our kids would love the pool--we found them there any time we were not at the beach. The golf cart rental was great--added a fun dimension.

The house and amenities were just as listed. House was clean and well stocked. We loved the back yard for our dogs. We felt safe and enjoyed the home. The beach is 1-2 minutes away. Easy access. Only issue is the pool was very dirty. We did not use it as the water was not as clear as it should be. Lots of sand at bottom of pool. Otherwise, it was an excellent home to stay in. Will definitely be back.

Spacious and very comfortable! Peaceful and nice neighborhood. Easy beach access. Paying extra to rent the 6 seater golf cart was amazing. Great to come back from beach, hose off beach gear at driveway, take outdoor shower with hot water then chill out in private pool! HVac and fans worked great. Definitely would rent again.

We enjoyed the house, it was a really nice house in a good neighborhood and not far from the beach. Thankfully we had the golf cart that the house offered which made our beach trips very easy. The staff was great! They answered all my questions. The onlycomplaint that I have is the pool was very dirty, we couldn't enjoy it and we had problems out of the door alarm but other than that we enjoyed the house.
