My family had a great stay for our Fall Break. The condo is super clean and has plenty of room. It was the first vacation where everyone was able to have their own space. It was perfect for our family of 6. The only problem we had during our stay was parking. The spaces are pretty compact and our mid-sized suv was too large to park in the garage. But we were able to make it work. All in all, I would highly recommend! Great place for family beach time.

Beach is right across the street. Beautiful views from the balcony. The owners were very nice and easy to send and receive messages. Great place, would definitely stay again.

It was great. However I wasn’t given code to get in gate. Thankfully another guest told us. Also Parking was extremely hard. The last two days the trucks next door were so big we could barely get out without hitting them

Our week stay here was good, we really liked how close we were to the beach, and not to far from the pier. Didn't have any huge issues during our stay and the owner was very quick at messaging me back.

Our family of five and our friends, 2 adults and one child, came for a week at the beach and it did not disappoint. The house was just as described and the owners were very accommodating and quick to respond when we had questions. The house was perfect for 4 kids and 4 adults. Everyone had plenty of space. The beach was so close and it was so nice to have the pool right outside our door. Definitely recommend the property!

We loved our Spring Break vacation here! The check in process was easy and we were even able to check in early since the property was ready.
It was easy access to the beach (directly across). Would definitely recommend a beach wagon. It was alot of carrying stuff back and forth. And there are a ton of stairs which we didn't mind, but if you have little kids it might be a little much. We loved being directly next to the pool and it was a very quiet neighborhood. The only thing we didn't love was the layout of the kitchen and living area...they were very closed off and you couldn't have more then 2 people in the kitchen at a time since it was a small area but if you're not cooking then you might not care. :) The kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker which we loved. One of the bedrooms (the one with 2 double beds) didn't have a closet, so there was no place to hang clothes in that room. The washer & dryer worked awesome! Also, the cleaning people came in about 9 a.m. on our last day and check out was 10 and we were still there, so that was a little odd, but overall we had a great experience and loved our time there.

If you plan on driving 2 Tahoes, I'd consider an alternative vehicle. Other than that, I wouldn't pass this gem up. Also the owner was so attentive and quick to answer any of my calls or texts.

The condo was very nice. I had thought it would be closer to the baseball fields. We spent a lot of time driving. All in all, it was a good choice.

I called and text the owners. They finally called me back and was very nice and offered to call a locksman. Luckily my Husband kept messing with it and fixed it finally. We never opened that door again. Also, the front left eye on the stove was tore up. We turned it on and couldn't get it off. That is a fire hazard and needs to be fixed. Everything else is really nice and decorated beautifully. They had beach toys and a beach cart which came in handy. I just wish we could have stayed the whole time. We had to leave 5 days early due to my Son that has disabilities had a really bad Seizure. He was so weak after that we wasn't able to enjoy himself so we decided to leave. At least my Friend was able to stay and enjoy herself. We would love to come back and visit.

We really loved the Sunnyside area and would definitely stay again. The house was nice, lots of stairs but there is an elevator. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a few things go wrong with appliances while we were there but Angela was very responsive, had a repairman out very quickly and did her best to fix the situation. Only real complaint about the house is the parking. The people who planned that gated community needed to put more thought into layout. It’s not good for any of the units that I could see. But, if you don’t have a large vehicle or horrible neighbors, you’re good to go. Short walk to the beach and it was never crowded. Delicious restaurant about 1/2 mile away. Grocery about 1/2 mile away. We’d stay here again.

This is a four-story property that is wonderfully maintained and decorated, with modern appliances in the kitchen and a brand-new washer/dryer. Each elevated level has a balcony, and the bottom floor has a walkout patio. The ocean views are very good from the 3rd and 4th level.
I visited this property with two families, and the 4-story layout was perfect for us, because we were able to separate ourselves into areas of the house for privacy. Even with nine of us, it was easy to find privacy or a quiet location to get some work done. If stairs aren't your thing, there is a nice elevator that accesses floors 1-3. We found that especially useful for unloading groceries and sending them up to the kitchen level.
Being in a gated community limited the amount of traffic and noise, which was also a great benefit for us. Being this close to the beach usually comes with a bunch of day-trip traffic and parking congestion, but that's not the case here.
We were able to grill on several occasions while the kids swam in the adjacent pool, which was a big plus, as well, because many of the restaurants in PCB are having trouble with staffing and limiting their dining hours.
We were very pleased with the condition, location, size, and amenities at this home. However, if you're not completely satisfied or if you need something during your stay, Angela is just about the easiest and best person to communicate with. I'd highly recommend...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is right across the street from public beach access. Great views from each floor. The pool right outside our door was very convenient for us with our 3 yr old. It is located on the quiet end of PCB (I believe its considered Sunnyside or Laguna) highly recommend for families!

It was not crowded!!
Pros - Loved the location, very short walk to the beach. The townhouse was very clean. Kitchen was supplied well and several items like cart, chairs and toys to take to the beach.
Cons- arrived at 4:00 cleaning lady was still there so didn’t get in until after 4:30.
App for gate didn’t work several times so would have to wait several minutes for the app to reset.
Front burner on the stove didn’t work.
Parking at this unit was difficult.
FYI- I highly recommend not to drive a truck or big SUV.
Overall we loved our stay and would stay again.

Fun Week
This property is located just across the street from the public beach access. Beaches were busy but we always found a nice spot since this is a residential area with no high rises. When we arrived. there were some major housekeeping issues. The property manager replied immediately and had someone out within an hour or two to resolve it. The property is also steps from the pool, which was awesome!! Everything you might need in the kitchen is also provided! Overall, an excellent experience!
