Kitchen is fully stocked. Our BILLIARDS ROOM by has a comfortable sitting area and brand new 7.4 ft Barrington Titan table in front of a giant bay window with a view of the woods. The MOVIE LOUNGE is perfect for unwinding after a long, active day. Sink into our leather couches and turn on the 58" screen with Roku. The kids will love the bean bag chair. Our white couch turns into a bed. Our Hot Tub is in our large BACKYARD/DECK area and is very warm and easy to use. We provide firewood for the Firepit as well. BEDROOMS all have closets, luxurious bedding, blackout curtains, and beautiful decor. None of them share a wall so you can rest quietly and peacefully. BATHROOMS include toiletries like shampoo and shower gel so you can pack light. There is a full bath on the second floor, a full bath on the first-floor, and a half bath in the entry foyer. The SUN ROOM is the perfect place to wake up and enjoy morning coffee. The sunset views over the lake are breathtaking and look even better with a glass of wine. Other things to note: Pets are welcome! We charge a $100 pet fee per stay for up to 2 dogs under 50 pounds. **Winter Weather** Poconos is a ski destination so we get a lot of snow! Please plan accordingly. All wheel drive is recommended. We do offer plowing services for over 2 inches of snow but timing is not guaranteed by check-in or check-out so we provide shovels and salt just in case. Day guests are not permitted by our community. Must be over 26 years old to rent.
