Inside, relax in the light-filled living area while streaming shows and movies on the 65-inch smart TV. The stainless steel kitchen comes ready and equipped to handle family-style meal prep with ease. Free WiFi keeps you as connected as you want to be. Home essentials include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. My adult children, our dogs and I rented for my birthday getaway. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The layout is perfect and the couch is so comfy. The beach is literally steps away and the neighborhood is so quiet with few cars coming by. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs and they loved the big porches. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Hope to be back again.

This is a very nice place for a beach vacation. The home is clean and nicely maintained and decorated. Ease access to the beach. I would like to have had some green space. I would recommend this home.

This house is exactly everything you see in the pictures. Clean, updated, well stocked, great location, the list goes on... We had not been to Holden Beach in 7 years. While a tropical storm kept us holed up most of our trip, the house kept us cozy and comfortable. Allowing 4 dogs was a game changer for our family. A wonderful rare find and super appreciated. Especially with senior dogs and dogs with illnesses. You absolutely cannot tell inside the house that pets are even allowed there. Would very much recommend this house!

The house was great! Everything has been updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with amazing appliances. The bed that we slept in was so comfy! And with the house being second row couldn’t be any better bc a private access for the house and some other houses close by is right in front of the house.

The house was super close to the beach access which was amazing since we had small children with us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice and clean. The kitchen was a dream and very well equipped. The local Vacasa team was sooo good! We had a small issue and they fixed it right away and followed up throughout the week to make sure we were good. The only negative is the general living space was a little crowded for 8 people. We had 4 little kids so it was fine but 8 adults would be tight.

Loved the house, the cleanliness, the location, the easy access to the beach. It was a perfect stay, our first there, but definitely not our last.
