About this cabin rental
Located only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville on Setters Lake. It has a private 2-acre lake for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boating along with a dock and beach area. The lake house comes with an open pavilion area with an outdoor kitchen, living area, ping pong table, hot tub, and outdoor shower.
The private beautiful cabin style casita has 660 square feet of open space to the kitchen, living room, and bedroom with a bathroom including tub/shower combo. There is a private deck off the bedroom overlooking a bubbly creek. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make yourself at home. There is a separate wifi access for the cabin.
This property is surrounded by nature and sits just adjacent to the main house. It backs up to 2700 acres of hiking trails with 3 trailheads and a nature center.
You will not find anything like this in all of Nashville. Enjoy the city life and honky tonks then come back to relax and retreat. It’s guaranteed to be a most memorable and relaxing vacation to remember!

I almost hate to give reviews like this, and I must admit it's a bit selfish. But I know that if everyone truly understood, and if I could actually paint a perfect picture with words of how incredible our stay was.., it would be perpetually booked and we'd never be able to come back again for lack of opening dates!!! The property is amazing, storied, comfortable and a true "home feel"! Hot tub was super clean, very comfortable and ready for us when we arrived. Bed was extremely comfortable, and I don't say that very often due to chronic pain issues. Nothing missing in the kitchen. We cooked a lot, and utensils, accessories, plates, bowls, dishes, wine glasses...had it all..and a really nice toaster oven even. Most of our cooking was on the amazing patio using the outdoor kitchen Quite the setup! Right next to an amazing park to do some great hikes.., my wife and I put many miles on, loved it! Not the Smokies, but not lacking in beauty and even a bit of ruggedness that we love! We found a few local gems that you will have to discover on your own, that's half the fun! And our host(s) Jennifer and the amazing Pharoa were like old friends we never met! Warm, fun and friendly...great conversation and attentive to every need, responsive when contacted, incredibly accommodative!! And Pharao used to sit out side the door looking thru the low window every morning waiting for me to come out and start our day together...such a sweetie.. ;) Couldn't be more pleased! We had a really lovely time! Everything was beautiful, clean and thoughtfully done and Jennifer was a great communicator. It's a stunning property with lots of natural features. The hot tub was especially enjoyable!

The cabin is 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. Very good from my perspective for relaxation! The cabin could and should have been significantly cleaner. The frige should have been empty upon our arrival. But the firge had a lot of old food much of which was out of date. The rugs, throw pillows in and out, cabinets, top of firge were not nearly as clean as a VRBO guest could and should expect. The bathroom barn doors did not close completely
