About this condo rental

Located in Temple Terrace, this charming condo for $87 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Newly renovated Two-story condo centrally located in the heart of the Tampa Bay area. This place is minutes away from I-4, I-75, 275 interstate and city landmarks such as USF, Temple Terrace Golf Course, BUSCH GARDENS, MOSI with more attractions and restaurants surrounding the area. Fully furnished with a fenced- in patio. Kitchen is fully equipped for home cooked meals with seasonings supplied. This place is cozy and quiet and ready to host your next visit. This property is in a nice quite area, the neighbors are nice and stay to themselves. It is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. Both of the bed rooms have queen size beds , dressers, and a chest. Master room has a Roku tv with Netflix , Hulu , YouTube and many more apps to choose from & The second room has a Roku stick with all the same apps. The living room is fully furnished with a Luther gray, white and black sectional , big enough to seat 8. In there will be a 50 inch tv with a fire-stick and surround sound connected to give that movie theater vibe ! Also there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that can seat 4 people. Let’s not forget the fully fenced in private patio with outdoor furniture, so you can set out and enjoy the outside ….. comfortably! Guest access The entire townhouse will be to the guests only ! Other things to note Please remember their are neighbors, please be respectful and also no mention of Airbnb to anyone who isn’t within your group.

Pros: The inside of this property makes a good first impression. Plenty of towels were provided. We thought the floors looked great. The proximity of the location was also perfect - my daughter is a student at USF and we made a gazillion trips back and forth - it was only a 10 minute drive. Check in was easy once we figured out which unit was ours. We appreciated the large selection of spices and sugar that were available. Cons: The kitchen is not well stocked if you plan to prepare and eat all your meals in, as we did. No baking sheets, pizza cutter, food storage containers for leftovers and only metal utensils for coated non stick pans. We wish there had been a toaster. No dish rags for cleaning - only one sponge was provided. The tv was very glitchy our entire stay so our plans of watching movies in the evening ended up in many frustrating hours trying to get it to work. Not nearly the relaxing experience we were hoping for our last evenings together. On top of that, we were charged for something my daughter must have pressed while trying to get the tv to work. This issue was communicated to the owner. One bed was very uncomfortable - if you get to choose, choose the bed in the red and black room, the other one has no support. The inside of the dishwasher is splattered with some orange gunk and is need of cleaning. This unit has potential but I feel like we came at the end of a busy season and it needs some improvements before I would want to stay for several days again.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The location was great for us. We had another family group around the corner. Easy access to main roads and restaurants! We enjoyed Lettus Lake Park for a beautiful nature walk and kayaking! The condo was comfortable looked just a pictured. We especially liked the private outdoor patio. The quiet community pool was simple and enjoyable. Our only complaint is that there were an overabundance of plug in fragrance dispensers. So much fragrance it gave us headaches.

It was a nice clean place. Location was nice. Was quiet. You need a toaster in the kitchen. Only downfall was wish there was a washer and dryer.
