This is probably one of the best VRBOs i have stayed in. Everything was clean, there was plenty of house hold items to get us started, and the property was well kept. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, it feels secluded and quite yet is close to restaurants and Sunday River Ski area. I would absolutely return to this property or any of the others this owner has.

Can’t recommend this house enough. Went up for a ski trip with 5 couples and we had an incredible stay. Courtney is super helpful and everything was as advertised. The house is about 20 minutes from Sunday River and 8 minutes to the town of Bethel. Town shuts down at 9pm but there’s stuff to do if you want to get out of the house (we did dinner one night and went into town for the grocery store/ bagels etc). The house is great, very clean and spacious- the bunk room contains six bunk beds and then the three bedrooms upstairs all have queen beds. Plenty of space to hang out (we made dinner one night) and Courtney has plenty of games / hot tub / tv all works. Highly recommend this place!

My college friends and I decided to have a reunion! After graduation, we moved to different parts of New England. All of us agreed that Bethel would be a great place to stay. The scenery, attractions, and history was a deciding factor. When I was looking for a house, Courtney’s home was a no brainer. There were plenty of beds and space for the 10 of us. Moments leading up to our stay, Courtney remained in contact and responded quickly! During our stay we loved the open concept of the kitchen and living room. The yard was awesome for lawn games while others enjoyed the hot tub. I would highly recommend staying at this home. It’s great for a couple families with kids or a group of adults—very flexible! It’s the kind of house that you end up treating like your own while visiting!

Courtney was such an amazing and flexible host. The house was very clean and spacious. The hot tub was a great way to relax after skiing, and there’s even a boot warmer in the mud room for ski boots. Such nice perks! The 3 and a half bath is a huge plus when you have a large group. The kitchen is well stocked for any of your cooking needs, and the dishwasher makes clean up easy. Courtney was great at communicating during our stay and we would definitely recommend this house to other guests.
