Welcome to Blizzard Lodge, a spacious log chalet located in The Peaks Village, a mountainside neighborhood tucked into Mt. Will just off Sunday River Road. Designed with families in mind, this home comfortably hosts up to three families for weekend getaways or extended stays. With thoughtful bedroom layouts, three floors of living space, and views of the slopes, it’s the perfect retreat for groups of all ages.

❄ Winter Travel Note
Mountain weather can make travel challenging. Roads and the driveway are professionally maintained, but all‑wheel or four‑wheel drive is strongly recommended during winter months.
💲 Damage Waiver
A non‑refundable $150 damage waiver fee is included in the total rental cost at booking.
This covers accidental damage up to $1,500.
📅 Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before arrival: Refund of your deposit minus a $50 processing fee
Within 30 days of arrival: Refund issued for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest

Such a great house to hold a big group of friends for a ski weekend. Everyone in our group slept comfortably. Proximity to the mountain is great and you can't beat the views! Would definitely recommend.

The house was beautiful, clean, incredible view, 1 mile from Sunday River, and had plenty of space. The house was completely stocked with everything we needed. The owners were super helpful and very prompt with communication. We want to come again next winter!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and the cabin had everything we needed. The only things we weren’t happy with was how hot it was. There were 3 AC window units in the house, two on the main floor and one in the master but none downstairs where most of the beds were. It was 90 degrees down there and 87 on the main floor during the day. Miserable to sleep in. The water pressure wasn’t great either. You could only run one water source at a time because the others would just trickle.
