We had a wonderful time and enjoyed skiing at nearby Sunday River. Since it was spring, ladybugs must have hatched but host was very responsive. Overall, beautiful house and would recommend.

The host was welcoming and gave clear and thorough information. House was well outfitted, warm and convenient. Beds were comfortable.

We mainly picked this place to take the family fishing and to see Maine. When we arrived the house was hot. They had a floor window unit on top and main floors. This allowed bugs in at night especially. Once we bought more fans to help things seem to cool off better. We did see a lot of water but didn’t see any walk up public fishing. There were marinas that offed rental but didn’t fit our schedule. The house is lovely, but the no shoe policy was very difficult for our family that have difficulty with balance. My parents stay on bottom floor cause their feet swell and was afraid of slipping. Brother in law also had problems due to amputation of toes. However, if we were a family that hit the slopes this is the place to stay. Management was nice, helpful and efficient.
