It was a good size apartment and quiet. Its close to groceries and a nice walk to duomo.
Theres only 1 bathroom and the shower area is small.

Très bel appartement sur la première ceinture du centre ville, calme, beau quartier, à 8mn du métro et 2mn d'une supérette classique et d'une bio. Lits très confortables. Grande pièce à vivre très agréable.
Le suivi des équipements par l'équipe de ménage du service de conciergerie. Le lavabo de la salle de bain était partiellement bouché et il se remplissait très rapidement lors de l'utilisation, l'éclairage de la salle de bain s'éteignait spontanément au bout de 30 secondes, il y avait 1 seule petite cuillère dans le tiroir à couverts, pas de télécommande visible pour régler la climatisation (alors qu'il faisait très chaud jour et nuit) ni pour ouvrir les stores des Velux (nous avons du utiliser en permanence les luminaires pour éclairer la zone cuisine salle à manger de la pièce à vivre). Tous ces petits incidents, qui n'ont pas vraiment gâché notre séjour, n'ont cependant pas du échapper au service d'entretien qui aurait du le faire savoir au service de conciergerie pour qu'il y soit remédié.

Muhteşem bir tesisti. Temizlik çok çok iyiydi. Evin dekorasyonu çok başarılydı. Evde her şey düşünülmüştü. Yeri oldukça merkeziydi. Tesis sahipleri çok ilgiliydi. Deterjandan kahveye suya kadar her şey ince ayrıntısıyla düşünülmüş. Apartman tarihi bir yapıydı ama ev oldukça moderndi. Kendimizi çok özel hissettik. Çok teşekkür ederiz.
Her şey o kadar iyiydi ki negatif bir durum görmedik.

Хорошее расположение (до центра пешком 20-25 минут). Сама квартира визуально очень приятная, стильная.
Ожидание и реальность не совпадают, в 1 очередь из-за недостаточного уровня сервиса.
1. Стиральная машина есть, а средства для стирки нет
2. Капсулы для кофемашины в недостаточном количестве
3. Управление общеквартирным кондиционером недоступно, т.к. заблокировано владельцем. Общение с персоналом заняло 2 дня и результата не принесло
4. Уборка квартиры некачественная. При заселении остался мусор от предыдущих жильцов. Влажная уборка не проводилась (пыль под кроватью, грязные столики, грязная столешница)
5. Пылесос не очищается, контейнер для пыли забит
6. Недостатки квартиры, которые нужно устранять - в ванне не работает светильник над зеркалом, отваливается плинтус у душевой кабины, не работает полотенцесушитель, в холодильнике сломан ящик и т.д.
