Great location and apartment complex

Great location, and apartment complex had great facilities

We were asked to take out the rubbish and ensure dishwasher was on etc etc, however I paid $250 for a cleaning fee, I don't believe this is reasonable, yes we should be asked to keep things tidy but extra asks when paying a expensive cleaning fee is excessive.

10 / 10

Nice and relaxing place

Nice panoramic view from most of the place in the apartment.

4 / 10

Not good.

The building itself was nice, the front desk staff were very nice but as our apartment was privately owned so they could not help us directly. We didn't know this when we booked. I would not recommend.

We had no hot water for 50% of our stay. It pretty much ruined our weekend as we struggled to get ready for the wedding we came up to attend. The key collection and drop off was also annoying. Response rate was also very slow. Considering they charge a premium price I expected much better. We later discovered that if we booked directly with the hotel it would have been much cheaper as well as having access to the front desk to ask questions/get help. Disappointing all round.

Loved it and will be back

Location, amenities, view, price was reasonable. We will book again.

Car park is a bit tight.

It had what was expected

Couldn’t permanently adjust the room temperature. Very dirty. Clearly the apartment gets its standard minimum cleans between visits, however it is very clear the apartment hadn’t been dusted, the furniture was stained, the bathroom had stains. Unfortunately it was not the “luxury” apartment feeling I had expected.
