Centrally located. Restaurants and city centre within 10-15 mins walking distance away. Staff was helpful and waiting when our train and arrival got delayed.
Bed and pillows too soft. Paid washing machine downstairs in basement.

The location was in a great location, it was a comfortable apartment.
Our stay was unfortunately quite disappointing. The system for collecting and returning the keys is very inconvenient, as you have to go to a separate shop to collect them and then return them there when you leave. When we were checking out, the shop was closed, and we were at serious risk of missing our flight. It was only because a stranger happened to be returning her keys at the same time that we were able to leave and make our flight. This is a very impractical system, and the hosts were not particularly helpful when we needed assistance.
The toaster did not work, and only two towels were provided for two people staying for four days, which was not sufficient.
The Wi-Fi also did not work for the entire first day. We had to contact the hosts around four times before they finally realised they had sent us the wrong information. Communication was generally very poor, with emails often going unanswered and responses being slow and unhelpful.
Overall, the stay was made unnecessarily stressful by the poor communication, inconvenient key system, and lack of basic amenities
