We would stay here again. Really enjoyed our visit.
The location was excellent. The house was roomy and comfortable.
The house was dated and needed an update. Never found out how to turn on the t.v. downstairs.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
It was very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was a very nice home.
Lack of beach access and views. Your description offered access and there was no way to access the beach.

Overall good vacation rental, a few negatives, but would stay again
The house was large and cozy, felt homey, it had the right amount of space for my family of Ten, and the extra linens and towels we needed. We could hear the ocean with the windows open. The kids loved the house
Cleanliness, it could’ve been a little cleaner, I vacuumed and swept the floors downstairs while I was there and there was a lot of animal hair, we did not travel with a pet, so it was left over from previous travelers, the key was difficult to get out of the lock box and the front door sticks and is difficult to open, the washer is very noisy and the dryer takes along time to dry, a few things had cracks in them when we got there, such as the corner of the entry way table, a mirrored decoration upstairs and the stove. The upstairs tv was difficult to operate and I never did figure out how to get the dvd player to work, also the yard maintenance could be better and all upstairs windows should have screens, as a parent traveling with young children this was a safety issue for me, luckily I put older children in that room. Also the 10am check out time, especially when we can’t check in until 4, it was a little frustrating we pay for two days and don’t even get 48hrs in the home, especially when your traveling with kids you don’t get to enjoy the home on the last day, it’s a mad dash to pack and feed everyone breakfast, I would expect that with the cleaning crew having six hours to clean in between guests that the home would be cleaner, checkout time should be changed to noon.

Nice roomy house, bahrooms for each bedroom. Convient location to town but no access to the beach below.
Staff response- false fire alarm at 3:30AM staff called back to come out with a ladder at 11AM. We stacked chairs to reach it! Mold in the shower door tracks Floors not clean on arrival
