The location is perfect, directly opposite Place Bellecour and only around a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Old Town. You're absolutely spoilt for choice when it comes to bars, restaurants and cafés, all within easy walking distance. The Old Town itself is stunning, with charming cobbled streets, gorgeous French architecture and plenty of character.
The hotel is wonderfully quirky, with every room individually designed and full of personality. Our room was particularly unique, with the bathroom situated at the entrance, giving it a gorgeous boutique, boudoir-style feel that I absolutely loved.
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. The breakfast room itself was absolutely beautiful and added to the overall charm of the hotel.
If you're visiting Lyon, stay here! Don't choose one of the big, standard chain hotels with no character. This hotel is full of charm, individuality and style, making it a memorable part of the Lyon experience.

Everything! Very beautiful and amazing decoration everywhere; best breakfast (throughout our trips to other cities in France); the water bottles they had for guests to refill freely during stays; and very nice and pleasant staff; the woman at the reception came and carried our heavy suitcases up for us!
