ABOUT OUR CONDO
Located on the 15th floor, our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit offers the following amenities to accommodate a comfortable stay:
BEDROOMS
- Primary bedroom with 1 king bed, kitchenette, smart TV, private bathroom, floor to ceiling windows, private balcony access with two comfortable swivel chairs and dedicated workspace with desk and supplies available for use.
- Second bedroom with two full beds, smart TV and private bathroom.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a great entertaining experience including an ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishware, and full set of spices and seasonings.
- Dining table and chairs comfortably seats 6.
LIVING AREAS
- The living space offers floor to ceiling ocean view windows with balcony access, a smart TV, board games and plenty of seating to relax after a long day in the sun!
- Sip your coffee or cocktail and listen to the waves crash while sitting on one of two private balconies.
- Queen sleeper sofa in living room.
BATHROOMS
- Both bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryers.

The Bay View on the Boardwalk offers an oceanfront poolscape including a brand new outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and fire pit and an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, lazy river and kiddie pool. Looking for the beach? Direct white sandy beach access is right in front of you! Enjoy life-size games of chess and checkers, Starbucks downstairs in the building, shuffleboard overlooking Ocean Boulevard and a fully equipped fitness center.
After a long day at the pool or beach, check out the 1.2 miles long Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk and Promenade, a lengthy stretch that provides pristine views of the entire beach line and direct access to numerous shops and restaurants as well as the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel - all walking distance from the condo!

- The keyless entry code and check-in instructions will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. The front desk will not know your door code!

- No pets are permitted.

- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the condo or on the balconies. $200 fine for smoke removal/deodorization.
- Wristbands will be supplied and waiting for you in the condo. (One for each registered guest). These wristbands must be worn in all the pool areas at all times to prove you are our guest.

Very clean beautiful property and perfect location to walk to restaurants - right on the beach. We stayed a week and attended countryfest - could easily walk to venue and back in less than 10 minutes. Close to the airport. Easy checkin. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back. The host is also very responsive and communicates well. Thank you charlotte - the host - enjoyed our stay.

The condo was very lovely. However there was very little space to put away our clothing. The only Dresser was 3 drawers and one was filled with spare bedding and the tiny closet was blocked with the iron set up and closet shelf completely full with extra bedding. My suggestion would be to remove the nice desk and put a wardrobe etc in its place instead. Otherwise I would highly recommend this condo.

Beach view was amazing! Room was just as described. Plenty of room for me and my grown daughters. Water pressure was good, kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend this host and place to stay. Conveniently located near many attractions and shopping malls. Best Mother’s Day Weekend Ever!!

Overall this is a good condo but I do have a few things I’d like to note. The host was not very responsive I asked several times for check-in info and extra towels and was ignored. VRBO stated I would receive check in 3 days before but I didn’t get it until 11am on check-in day. Also asked about handicap parking day of and the host didn’t respond for 5 hours at point we were already there. The toilet in master bedroom handle was broken and had to be pushed up or it would constantly run. It was also very loud and the shortest toilet I’ve ever seen! Like sitting on the floor! There were absolutely no toiletries provided to us even though they were pictured in listing. No soap shampoo nothing! Glad we brought our own. I would expect something with paying as much as we did! The washing machine has never been maintained either. There was thick mold in the seal and in the detergent drawer I didn’t even want to put my clothes in there! I cleaned it as best I could but host needs to do a tub clean monthly with bleach. I have this same model washer and dryer and I have never had mold issues. The beach equipment or lack there of was a huge disappointment! Two of the chairs we couldn’t use because the frames were completely rusted out and broken off in two places. So two of us had to sit on bare sand with towels. Had I known this I would have brought my own. Pictures of beach equipment are very misleading. The wagon was also rusted so bad it barely rolled. I give this 5 out of 10
