The space - You will have access to the entire 2,000-square-foot home - Enjoy the fire pit on the back patio surrounded by beautiful trees and a running creek - There are two large living areas, a game room, 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, 3 full bathrooms, a patio, and a laundry room for your use. - The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom - Amenities provided for your comfort including luggage racks, full kitchen supplies, ample closet space, and toiletries - Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you'll have plenty of privacy - There's a long paved driveway with room to park 3-4 vehicles (depending on the size). Additional cars can park at the top of the street. Guest access The entire home and property will be available for use during your stay. For guests that have accessibility concerns or mobility issues, there are multiple walk-in showers and bedrooms on the main floor. Other things to note No smoking, parties, or loud noise past 10 pm out of respect for the neighbors. Please only park 3 cars in the driveway, do not park on the grass and be careful to not block any portion of the neighbor's driveway. Warning: neighbors will call have cars towed that block their driveway!

We stayed here two nights while in town for a family wedding in downtown Raleigh and it was an excellent venue for hosting our large group of adults and young children. The home doesn't look big, but is very space efficient with a layout that provides common gathering places along with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with all the necessities. Neighborhood was quiet at night. Communication with host was prompt and friendly and check in/out were very straightforward. Highly recommend!

Our family wanted something close to downtown to give us options following a ceremony in Goldsboro the day prior. This was perfect! We used it as a place to gather, with more than enough room for the kids to play and socialize in one living room while the adults could hang in another. The place was neat and clean with just the right touch (like a keurig with k-cups available) to make it feel homie. Liz communicated clearly with us through out the booking process and just enough during the stay to let us know she was there to answer any questions or fix any issues (or which there were none!). We would absolutely stay here again.

This house was perfect for entertaining the family during a NCSU graduation! Beds were super comfortable. Everyone had hot water and the house was immaculate! Easy checkin and check out too! Owner very communicative and helpful since we didn’t know the area!
