Located on Main Street in the heart of Blowing Rock, it is a short, easy walk to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, the town park, the Glen Burnie Trail and Waterfall, the town swimming pool, and much more. Walk to Music on the Lawn on Friday evenings. Walk to regular events such as Art in the Park, the Downtown Farmers Market, and outdoor concerts in the town park. Come for popular events like the annual Wine Festival, Symphony by the Lake at Chetola, all the parades, and holiday festivals throughout the year. Professionally decorated with a focus on quality and comfort, this condo has three king bedrooms with comfortable high-end mattresses. They share two full bathrooms. The kitchen is well-outfitted for preparing and serving family meals. All 4 HDTVs have cable programming as well as YouTube TV. Two dedicated parking spots at the ground level make parking and access a breeze. Central heat and air conditioning provide year-round comfort. WiFi internet keeps you connected. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available. Chock full of creature comforts and an idyllic location in the middle of downtown Blowing Rock makes this a unique and special Blowing Rock vacation destination. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area with hardwood floors, bright natural light, and surrounding custom touches. A counter-height bar with seating for two offers separation from the kitchen and living room. An adjacent dining table seats six, for a total of 8 indoor dining seats. The kitchen features stainless appliances, a glass cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a custom island. The kitchen and living room windows open to a nice view of downtown Blowing Rock. On the right side of the condo, in the rear corner, is a cozy den with a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen sleeper and a TV. From here, you can access the rear balcony with outdoor dining. The balcony sits above the backyard, tucked away and level and surrounded by woods on the rear and the side. Guests are welcome to use this yard space. Although a single-level condo, it is on the upper level of the building with a business below. The front door is up the stairway in front of the parking spaces and down the hallway. Even though it is located on Main Street in the downtown business district, this is a relatively quiet block. The unit has separation from the two restaurants on either side and is set back off of the road a little bit, on the outside of a definitive curve, at one end of the main strip. Also available is the other second-level condo, Rising on Main Suite 200. Enjoy a unique getaway in popular downtown Blowing Rock at Rising on Main. This property worked so well for our family! We have a 6mo old and 2 1/2 year old. There was more than enough space to spread out and give the kids their own rooms for sleep. This would be a perfect property for multiple couples to share as all 3 rooms have king beds. You can’t beat the location- everything is walkable. The property management group was easily accessible and responsive. We will be back!

What a fun place to stay for a long weekend. Right on Main St next to Soeckled Trout and across from some shopping and coffee. Great place to walk around the entire town with ease. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable high end finishes. Beautifully decorated and great little touches here and there such as high quality throws for the couches and bathroom suppies. Looking forward tl staying here again soon. Thanks again for a great stay.
