Rental agreements greater than 30 days require an additional refundable security deposit of $250 per pet and additional pet rent of $50 per pet, per month will be charged separately. No other animals to include cats, birds, or reptiles are permitted at The Hannah House. The home is 420/smoker friendly, but in outside areas only, at least ten feet away from windows and doors.
