The Winter House is perfectly situated, just a few minutes walk to Lancaster’s city center, and is equipped with modern amenities which include a Smart TV, high speed internet, and central AC. All areas of the home are secure and have outdoor security cameras. The Musser Park neighborhood is on Lancaster's East side, and is a short walk to parks, area restaurants and downtown entertainment. The park, commissioned in 1949, was named after Lancaster’s umbrella handle tycoon Henry Musser. The park is a local favorite that includes plenty of open space, a children’s play area and the Lancaster Museum of Art. The location is highly walkable to Lancaster’s central market, the convention center, and most downtown area shops and restaurants. The Winter House has a walk-score of 98, so for those who love walking - Lancaster is a foot warriors dream! In addition, Lancaster has a network of bike paths with mindful motorists and clearly marked bike lanes throughout the city. The Winter House is dog friendly!  Up to two medium sized dogs (65 lbs each) are permitted in the home at a rate of $75 per stay, per pet. Unattended pets left in the home must be kenneled. Rental agreements greater than 30 days require an additional refundable security deposit of $250 per pet and additional pet rent of $50 per pet, per month will be charged separately. No other animals to include cats, birds, or reptiles are permitted at The Winter House. The home is 420/smoker friendly, but in outside areas only, at least ten feet away from windows and doors.
