Very nice casino and hotel. Room was very comfortable and super clean. Compliments to housekeeping.
Could of won a little bit but that's why they call it gambling!
And biggest let down was the price for a domestic beer while gambling. I come to drink and gamble ( which are complimentary at most casinos along with free pop,, water and coffee), but at 7 bucks a beer plus tip my gambling was cut way back because I refuse to pay such a outrageous price. North Carolina law states no free drinks, so lets charge double the going rate for a domestic beer..... No beer- No gambling..... Simple as that!... Will not return because of this poor corporate decision. Hate being taken advantaged of.

The food at the main restaurant was good and the grounds were well maintained. We gambled a little but that was not our main focus of this trip. Overpriced room for what it is.
I was disappointed that the main restaurant did not have their breakfast buffet Saturday morning so we had to drive into town. There was mold in the shower tiles, otherwise the room in the River Tower on the 2nd floor was fairly clean. We were there to attend a show at one of the local bars in Murphy, NC called Chevelle's 66 and there is NO car service from the hotel into town, 4 miles away. They have something called Cyber Lift that is $50 for a 4 mile trip into town!!!! I'm not paying $100 for a roundtrip fare.

The employees for the most part were very friendly. Location was very good.
The elevator and rooms needed a deeper cleaning. The common areas were kind of dark, it felt more as a place for gambling than a resort, unlike the better Vegas resorts.
