Very spacious, a lot bigger than expected! Everything was clean and a really nice aesthetic.

Having stayed at a dirty apartment for the preceding 3 nights with an unresponsive host, staying here was a breath of fresh air. All arrival instructions were good, keys were easy to access. Apartment was immaculate with nice touches like a cleaning pack. Well equipped and comfortable. Location is good. I couldn't recommend them more based on what I have already seen in Milan. They had water supplied in the room which was a plus.

This unit is in a very nicely kept building with secure gates and entrances. It is also within close walking distance to the M1 stop Conciliazione. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. After I informed the host that the A/C was broken, they were able to switch me to a new unit with functioning A/C. Unfortunately this was on the last night of my stay, so I had already spent 3 nights without the comfort I had hoped.
The A/C was broken upon my arrival, but at first I thought it was just struggling to cool the room. Eventually I realized that the A/C was truly not working because it would be colder outside or in the hallway than in the room. Give the price of the unit, this was disappointing.
