DECEPTIVE LISTING UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY - Should not even be on Booking

I like the fact that I was at least able to open the door to reach the room. At least I did not have to sleep outside. Maybe it would have been better though...

This listing is CLEARLY DECEPTIVE and SHOULD NOT BE ON BOOKING. It is UNSAFE and UNSANITARY! This place was rated a "9" in booking but after booking the non refundable stay, I noticed that all the 25 reviews mentioned were external reviews. I looked up online and found this place in many websites but I was not able to see ANY of the 25 external reviews that were mentioned in the listing. I think they used the reviews from another place, as no sane person would ever rate this place a 9. To put it short, it is the WORST PLACE I stayed in my whole life (and I travel a lot). As soon as we entered in the house, there was a STRONG SMELL of humidity and we noticed a large portion of the CEILING in the entrance had COLLAPSED, leaving insulation in the open. The whole house was dusty and cluttered. The room "FITS 6 PEOPLE" according to the listing but the BED WAS A FULL BED, way TOO SMALL for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. There an old folding bed in a corner with a very thin mattress whose arms were taped with some kind of plastic bag. I might have been another (very unconfortable) full bed. The mattress of the main bed was terrible and I could feel the springs under the thin fabric. The paint of the room was cracked everywhere. The CURTAINS were PAPER THIN and Forest Road is very busy so it was nearly impossible to sleep. The TV was also a smaller and older than in the picture. No towels were provided The bathroom was not better, there were some cheap flimsy plastic tiles taped from floor to ceiling and SHARP TILES put on the floor at the bottom of the sink and not even glued. Perfect to cut your feet while brushing your teeth. In the kitchen there was a dead bug in the freezer, a bunch of expired food in the fridge and a dirty frame with a broken glass as decoration. A FIRE DETECTOR BEEPED ALL WEEKEND and the landlord just TOLD ME to REMOVE THE BATTERIES. No fire extinguishers or working fire detectors were in sight.
