Marriott is a fine property and staff is lovely. Food is great and room service is quick.
Well my stay was shoremedy by a day and checked out, however Courtyard said they can't help with a day's refund because of Booking.com's policy and that they were more than happy to help. Moreover I've written to booking.com and it's been over 72 hours since then. I should have used my benvoy membership but since this was a work visit ,i thought booking. Com would be convenient, however this is troublesome. Somewhere is wrong, the property was mostly empty so it's not like i blocked out a booking. Moreover, one of pieces of clothing i had left out before room service went missing and i am sure because i am very careful and meticulous with my packing, wasn't found. Little things but these will stay. I understand Vivanta there has smaller rooms but they are responsive.

Courtesy extend by the team was very good. We had a great time. Food spread was lovely.
The Pillows & Bed was not comfortable. It needs lot of improvement. The bed was very hard.

Centrally located. Clean facilities. Very attentive staff.
Quite expensive. Expected better amenities at this price. Elaborate breakfast but average in terms of menu and taste. Again, would expect much higher quality at the price. Guests can be very disruptive at night and hotel should impose more noise control.
