スタッフはみんな親切で、ホスピタリティ溢れる応対がとても良い。部屋も綺麗で、レストランも充実している。ルーフトップバーは特に最高で、日本の珍しいウイスキーの銘柄（駒ヶ岳）が置いてあるのは驚いた。

The ambience, resturant, room, Ayurvedic SPA.
This time i had a little bad experience ..
The pool lounge access was suddenly restricted to room guests, with staff asking us to leave because a private party was taking place near the pool restaurant. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. No reputed 5-star hotel treats its guests this way. If the area was reserved for a private event, there should have been a clear signboard stating "Reserved Area" so that guests would know in advance and avoid inconvenience.
Secondly, the gym closing at 9–10 PM is also disappointing. Most 5-star hotels keep their gym facilities open 24×7 for the convenience of their guests. I hope the management reviews these issues and improves the guest experience.

Arista is located on GS Road which is the main road of Guwahati. Shopping, liquor shops, pharmacy, medical diagnosis clinics, etc are all located on G S Road. So for our stay, we found the location better than Vivanta and Radisson Blu.
