Located in Rehoboth Beach, this charming house for $471 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. THE TORTUGA HOUSE . . . Brand new in 2023, BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED AND PET FRIENDLY! You'll love the NEW upgrades for 2024: SPACIOUS screened porch (20' x 10'), deck (30 ' x 10') with double-sided fireplace opening to living area, and new outdoor shower. Construction of upgrades underway, new photos coming soon. You and your family & friends will find this fantastic 5 BR, 4 BA home simply perfect for your Rehoboth Beach vacation at any time of year. Sleeping 12, this LARGE (4,260 sq ft) home is stylishly and comfortably furnished with plenty of room for gathering, dining and playing games together in the spacious family areas or screened porch, while also offering numerous areas for a little alone time . . . reading a book or catching up on your favorite shows on a cloudy day (7 smart TVs, 1 with cable in rec room. The lower level offers a 75"Cable TV, a kitchenette and a small pool table. If you have to do some work while on vacation, there is a spacious office in the 1st Fl master bedroom, complete with desks, monitors and printer! BIG Bonus: You don't have to leave your fur baby at home or in a kennel, as this home is pet friendly with a minimum $300 pet fee and addendum! Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Bonus 2: Owner graciously supplies a Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit! Bonus 3: Two en-suite BRs with king beds! Bonus 4: An electric car charging station in the garage is available for only $75 per stay! Located in the lovely Grande at Canal Pointe which is a short bike ride (or even walk for some,) to the beaches, boardwalk, restaurants and shops of Rehoboth Beach. Don't feel like venturing out? You'll love the 2 large community pools, tennis courts and fitness center which are all available to guests at no charge! The community is also conveniently located adjacent to the Breakwater Junction Bike Trail, which will take you to Historic Lewes, DE, Cape Henlopen State Park, Gordon's Pond State Park . .. . and the tax-free Rehoboth Beach Shopping Outlets! NO smoking please. 2 Bicycles provided w/addendum(condition not guaranteed). Guests pay a $125 cleaning fee with each stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious house in nice community and great location for everything. Everyone had their own floor but the main floor was large enough for everyone to get together.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Tortuga House. An amazing amount of space for a large group, excellent décor, and everything you need for a pool or beach day. We will definitely be back.

A great house that was actually fully loaded. Can't say enough about how convenient that was. Beach chairs, coolers, bikes. So welcoming. Great quiet community and close to everything. The only downside was the amazing couch downstairs was covered in dog hair. It is a dog friendly home and we had ours but to have the couch with hair all over it wasn't a good experience. I blame the cleaning people, not the owners. Overall, highly recommend!! Thanks for having us!
