There is dining seating for a total of 8 people inside and 4 additional outside along with lounge seating (outside) for 5! In addition to the seating outside, there is also a propane grill for those grillmasters to enjoy! The kitchen has all new appliances including a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven/air fryer combo! Also included is a Keurig, coffees, teas, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, mixing bowls, strainer, and essential cooking utensils. (Fun fact: the decorative llamas double for salt & pepper shakers!) The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a built-in Bluetooth speaker so you can enjoy your favorite music while you get ready for the day! (There's also a surprise photo op for all you bathroom selfie takers!) Take a selfie or a group photo in front of the neon sign in the upstairs livingroom!
