Only park on the left-hand side of the driveway by the grass. Please be sure not to block access to the residents of the home at the back of the driveway. There is also street parking if needed. • The couch in the living is a sleeper sofa, but the bed part is broken and is not for guest use. With the Safely Protection Policy, you're covered for up to $5,000 for any damage to the property or its contents, as long as it's reported to us before you check out. This coverage is automatically included in your rental rate, so there's no need to worry about additional costs. Please keep in mind that any damage not reported before checking out may result in charges to you as the guest. Additionally, if there's a deductible, minimum claim amount, or repair costs exceeding the coverage limits, you'll be responsible for those expenses.
