About this house rental

This updated 5BR house has everything your group needs! Spread out with king beds in every bedroom and 2 full kitchens. Queen Murphy bed! Recently finished basement has a huge 86" 4K HDTV with surround sound for an amazing movie or watching sports. Set in a quiet family suburb of quaint Timnath, CO. One hour access to DIA or Estes Park/Rocky Mountain Nat Park, 15 min to Budweiser Event Ctr, Ft Collins. HOA rules apply. Ring doorbell cam, driveway cam, back porch cam.

Beautiful home with a lot of space! Very comfortable accommodations. The beds were very comfortable and nice having all king beds. Loved the area of Timnath. We highly recommend!
