Plenty of space to relax and enjoy this home away from home. Communication from the host was timely and informative. Check in was super easy! Hot tub controls could use some attention, but the home was excellent overall.

We had a fun experience at this house. Very close to downtown Fort Collins and almost across the street from human bean coffee house, which is a drive-through. The parking could be a little tricky because the garage is being used by the owners for storage. The house has a great basement that has a full bedroom and full bath and also a daybed plus large U-shaped sofa and big TV. Very large and usable space. They had a nice rooftop hot tub which we did not use but look like it could have been fun. There is a schedule for use of the hot tub because you share it with another house. We would definitely use this house again on our next visit to Fort Collins

It is a very comfy warm home when our son needed his parents nearby. We will always rent from you when we come to Fort Collins. Not sure if you are ever interested in doing a trade out with my 2 bedroom condo central Vail village! Thanks Erik. We are settling in now to 362...

Our stay was fantastic! Rooms were spacious and beds were so comfortable. TV was easy to use which I find to be a challenge in most rentals. And everything is a 5-10 min drive away. Would definitely stay again!

Very convenient location to downtown stores & restaurants. Was a little surprised at the size of the beds. Website indicated 4 king beds, but in reality only 2 were king size. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The amount of space is great for families though a more well appointed kitchen to cook for 10 would have been nice. Easy street parking and didn’t realized hot tub was only free at certain times and never after 9p but otherwise, our large family enjoyed the stay and felt safe.

Very nice place. Just as described. The hot tub aspect is a bit unpractical as you only have certain windows in which you can use. It's also atop the roof via a plastic spiral staircase. Very difficult to get to especially is you are older. Other than that, very nice place.

Great house to host a big group of friends. The location is minutes away from the main downtown area in Fort Collins. The house was plenty big with everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental if you are a large group.

This house worked out great for our small family reunion. Great kitchen for preparing meals. Nice open floor plan so everyone can be included while the chef is cooking. About a mile walk into old Fort Collins and to a lovely walking path along the river. Response from owner when we needed something was very prompt. Really nice place I highly recommend.

A beautiful house and great location!! Within walking distance of so much. We all enjoyed the rooftop terrace with hot tub (this is shared with neighbors, rotated every two hours, and not noted anywhere on VRBO) but it was never a problem.

The house was great! Loved the lay out and the decor. Would’ve loved a TV in the living room, but it was fine. The downstairs bedroom/living room was amazing for our teens! The property owner was timely with his responses. The couch and kitchen floor had lost of cracker crumbs, but other than that, I highly recommend this home! Beautiful with a great location to town.

This property feels very modern and newly renovated. We loved the rainfall shower in the master bedroom, and the basement area was perfect for kids to hang out and play.
