As one of only two condos in the complex with an oversize lanai, this is a place for unmatched views of the gulf and the prettiest sunsets you've ever seen. The Apollo is a beachfront complex located near the southern tip of Marco Island, where it enjoys a beautiful stretch of white-sand shoreline. You'll have chairs, towels, and an umbrella to bring down to the beach each morning, and an outdoor pool (heated year-round), a hot tub, a gym, tennis courts, and a popular restaurant and sports bar to welcome you back in the afternoons. Strolling up Collier Boulevard will bring you to several excellent restaurants and shops as well. This second-floor condo stands apart from the rest thanks to its expansive, 560-square-foot lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Offering both sun and shade, it's the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon naps, and unforgettable sunset dinners. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by newer wood-plank floors, a newer AC system, newer appliances, and granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The main living space is polished, open, and full of sunlight, bringing together the well-equipped kitchen, both a breakfast bar and a dining room table, and a gulf-front living room with soft sofas, a fireplace, and a smart TV. Additional features include TVs in all of the bedrooms (including a primary suite with direct access to the lanai), a washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi. COMPLEX AMENITIES -Outdoor swimming pool (heated year-round) -Hot tub -Fitness center -Tennis courts -On-site bar and restaurant THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials. This condo requires an HOA online application to be completed within three days of booking. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Everything was great! I would suggest replacing all the mattresses. We enjoyed to beach chairs and towels. The size of the balcony was fantastic.

We had an amazing holiday week in Marco Island, the location on the south end of the island is perfect, owners are very responsive, we had zero issues. The condo itself was exceptionally clean, plenty of room for 6 adults, great layout, huge balcony because it's on floor 2, the first floor of condos, all the others above it are much smaller. The check in process is a little wonky for this building because you need a key to get in the building at all to check in and get your parking pass. That required a stop at a different condo on the way to the building to get that key from a lockbox. We felt like we were on the Amazing Race though so that was kind of fun! Overall we had a great time and would stay again!

Took a chance on Marco Island just after the hurricane. This property worked out fine. Easy to the beach, nice pool, restaurant on premises.

Property was nice. Suggest updating umbrella and tent if advertising them. They are in very bad shape. Laminate floors are very nice as advertised but so personally would of had the contractor fix all the locking seams that are not set. Only going to have problems in the future. Just my opinion and knowledge of contracting.

Super convenient unit. Close to beach. Amazing view. Huge balcony. We really enjoyed our week in this unit. The TV size's can be upgraded, the tv in rooms are tiny, and even the one in the living room was small, but I still give this a 5 star. Thanks.

Wonderful unit, equipped with everything needed, however Wifi was very spotty at best. Tv's rather small for size of unit also spotty service on TV's. Overall thats the only problem but everything else was great.

This is a great condo which was a great option for spending our vacation in Marco Island.
Although is situated in an older building, the condo is upgraded and well maintained by the owners. The Apollo Condominium is excellent at maintaining the building and keeping everything in a great functioning state. They react quick to every deficiency or observation made by owners or their guests.
The Sunset Grill restaurant situated in the same building is a pro but it has also a negative impact on the property. The pro's are obvious: good restaurant, great food - all right there, in close proximity of the property. The negatives: the exhaust of the restaurant which is next to the condo's huge balcony and the (dampened) noise from the restaurant.
One other negative is the close proximity of the garbage containers, which in the morning attract noisy crows.
We did not use the balcony because (1) we preferred spending our time either on the beach or at the pool and (2) because of the hot weather.
The condo is well equipped with everything you need on the beach: chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, kids skimboads and beach towels. In summary: everything you need. Is also well equipped with everything needed in the kitchen or for having a nice meal inside, washer and dryer, TVs in every bedroom and living room, etc.. You feel like home.
The one downside: the bedsheets sis not seem to have been changed before our arrival: found sand on the sheets in the master and some stains on the sheets on other two bedrooms. We had to wash the sheets upon arrival.
The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and within minutes of driving to grocery shops (Publix or Win-Dixie), breakfast restaurants, ice-cream stores or dining restaurants.
The property management was awesome at providing any details we needed clarified. Although we intended to meet the property manager, we could not because of our late arrival time. However, Elizabeth was awesome at staying in contact with us and providing all details which allowed us to check-in late in the day and have access to this great property.
Certainly we will consider returning.

The beach is literally out the back door, but we also enjoyed hanging out at the pool as well. It is nice being in the same building as the Sunset Grill - very convenient for food and drinks in a pinch. The owners made it very easy for us to relax and enjoy some time off!

Stayed with four adults and two children ages 9 and 3. Spacious porch equipped with tables and chairs for eating outdoors. Perfect view of the beautiful beach whether inside or out. Plenty of beach equipment and toys provided. Tennis court on same level and available all the time. We were the only ones I ever saw use it. Appliances work great; furnishings very comfortable; rooms adequately spacious. Minor TLC improvements needed: frying pan in bad shape and needs replacing, oven mitts had holes and caused a burn. First car gets an indoor designated spot. Second car parking can be tricky if you come in while Sunset Grill is busy, as dinner guests take “all” the outside parking spaces. Will be happy to return another time. Hosts are great to work with. Thanks for a great week. Look forward to a return.

We had a great time at the Apollo. The location is great, the beach is beautiful and having the Grille, with it's great food and wonderful drinks is a plus. The condo itself is a mix of updated and well maintained areas. Basically everything you would need to enjoy the beach is there. While there we had an issue with the dishwasher, within minutes, literally, the manager had contacted the owner, the owner stopped by to look at it and 2 days later a new one was installed. Would definitely stay there again.

Sheets were dirty in both master and guest rooms. Had sand in the sheets. Floors hadn’t been swept. Half roll of toilet paper for the entire unit. Both bathrooms sinks are clogged. Need be shower heads in both bathrooms.
Unit is right above the Sunset Grille (the grille is great) and 3 exhaust fans and dumpsters are on and along the north wall. Deck Visited by dozens of crows each morning feasting on the open dumpsters. View of the Gulf was beautiful. Dirty unit killed it for us. We won’t be back.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Very clean and newly updated. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was well stocked with great beach chairs, tennis rackets and other items. The Apollo is the perfect location on Marco island as well. Having the Sunset grill on the first floor is priceless. Thanks to our hosts Elizabeth and Mark. We would highly recommend your condo to anyone looking for a first class place !

I always read the reviews very carefully before booking a vacation ! Sometimes they are not accurate and that is so disappointing when you arrive. This property is perfect, I wouldn’t have changed a thing!!! The best location on the beach and a restaurant on site! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The condo has everything you will need! There is also a closet full of amazing beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, backpack, boogie boards and sand toys!! Also, tennis rackets and balls !! They thought of everything for sure! We will be back for sure, the location on the beach is the best 💗.

The location and view were wonderful. Having the Sunset Grill onsite was perfect. The bedroom carpeting (all 3) was dirty and worn. It needs replaced with tile or something beside carpet. The bathroom rugs were dirty so we put them away and didnt use. A couple of the beach chairs are worn and need replaced, one beach umbrella had a big rip and it could not be secured to the beach. The beach tent/awning needs replaced, it is way beyond repair. Outside of those few details, our stay was great and the property managers were outstanding!
