It is cosy, well situated in the center of Ciney. The rooms are decorated with taste.
It was terrible cold in the rooms when we were there: we couldn’t get it warm and had to keep our jackets on in the room. I think they didn’t have tenants for some time before us, so no heating had been used for some time, but they did not think about heating up the room in advance for us (despite negative temperatures outside).
The main entrance to the rooms was dirty and unkept. To reach the rooms on the second floor, you have to pass a private door (of the housekeeper?) on the first floor. When we got there, there was a pile of garbage litter in front of this door, which does not give a safe and clean feeling.
