O onsen externo é bonito. Para quem não está de carro é prático pra chegar pois o ponto de ônibus fica na frente do hotel. O jantar e o café da manhã foram excelentes. Como tenho restrições de alimentação em relação ao glúten e lactose eles foram bem cuidadosos e atenciosos. Um agradecimento especial ao senhor que prepara tempurá no jantar.

The food was exceptional - the breakfast and dinner buffets were both very high quality and varied somewhat each night
The staff were very friendly and there are free stargazing sessions in the evenings (subject to the weather being OK)
The onsen is very relaxing with two different types of bath
We had a Japanese style room for 2 adults and 2 children which was a touch cramped (as an 8 tatami room) once the futon were laid out
Also there was a WC but no shower or bath in the room - to wash you had to go to the onsen which was a bit inconvenient / harder with children. So check the facilities of the room before booking.
They also did not have a cot for our baby so she had to sleep on a futon which is usual for a typical Japanese family but a bit unfamiliar for her and meant she was 'on the loose' as soon as she woke up
It is located high up a large hill / mountain - alongside 3 or 4 other onsen hotels but with nothing else nearby. Not a problem but be aware it's a 20 minute drive to anything else so a car is really a must if you want to see the area (there are some semi- regular buses that stop at the onsen too)

Séjour exceptionnel. La chambre japonaise était conforme à la description, avec tatami et futon installé par l’équipe en début de soirée. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse rare : très disponible, toujours prêt à aider malgré la barrière de la langue, et vraiment attentif au confort des voyageurs.
J’ai apprécié le prêt du yukata et des serviettes avant le check‑in pour profiter immédiatement des onsen. Et après le check out pour continuer la journée. Ils gardent aussi les valises après le check‑out, ce qui est très pratique.
Le repas et le petit-déjeuner étaient excellents : cuisine variée, plats régionaux expliqués avec passion, et une équipe dynamique.
L’emplacement est idéal, à deux minutes de l’arrêt de bus et avec la navette qui dessert les différents onsen au pied des marches.
Le onsen est très agréable et parfaitement propre, avec en plus une sélection de super produits cosmétiques à tester sur place. J’ai essayé plusieurs soins… et je suis repartie avec la moitié de la boutique tellement j’ai adoré !
Un des meilleurs rapports qualité‑prix de ma visite dans la région : chaleureux, pratique et authentique.
Seuls petits bémols : la connexion Wi‑Fi peut se couper selon les zones de l’établissement, et il y avait une légère odeur de "soupe" dans la chambre, j'ai même cru que les repas de prenaient dans la chambre. Rien de gênant au point de gâcher le séjour, mais bon à savoir.

Great food selectiong. Good quality food.
Onsen was good. A little bit small.
Internet was not working, I requested the stuff for help and all they said was Muzukashī (難しい).
I had no internet entire stay...
I don't think it's worth the price.
I spent multiple nights at Kyukamura Nyuto-Onsenkyo but my room was not cleaned, even though I requested it.
